Broom Body Balance provides kinesiology and complementary therapy services. Our treatments are intended to support your health and wellbeing and do not replace medical advice or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings made through the booking link provided by Broom Body Balance or by direct communication with us.

• Payment is required at the time of booking for all sessions unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are subject to change but will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

• We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will require you to rebook your appointment.

• If no notice is given and rebooking is not requested, the full session fee will be charged to cover the cost of the lost session.

• We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps maintain a smooth and fair schedule.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and complete information about their health, medications, allergies, and medical history.

• Please inform your practitioner of any changes to your health before each session.

• It is your responsibility to consult a medical professional regarding any medical concerns.
